I had faced this issue at very first time when I was started using blogger. But, after I got to know some easiest way will help to open every link with a new tab.
In Blogger it is possible open very link with a new tab. Please follow the below step to do that.
Step 1: Open Blogger blog
Step 2: Select Templates and Click Edit Templates
Step 3: Search </head> from the HTML content.
Step 4: Belore </head> paste the following line of code.
<base target='_blank' />
Step 5: Save the template and view blog.
That's it. Now you can able to open every link with a new tab in blogger.
